Super Smoothie Template

Follow this template to create the perfect superfood smoothie in just 7 easy steps! All you have to do is pick one or more options under each category and within minutes you’ll have a delicious, nutrient dense smoothie. Get your blender ready!
Serves 2
Step 1: Liquid (2-3 Cups):
- water
- coconut water
- chilled holy basil, lemongrass, hibiscus tea or tea of choice
- juice
- plant based milk
Step 2: Health Fats:
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp cacao butter
- 1/2 of an avocado
Step 3: Fibre:
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp of our Probiotic Smoothie Mixes
Step 4: Greens!
- a handful of spinach/kale
- 1 tbsp wheatgrass juice powder
- 1 tsp chlorella or spirulina
- 1-2 tsp moringa powder
- 1-2 tbsp of our Probiotic Super Greens with Turmeric
Step 5: Fruit:
- 1/2 a fresh or frozen banana
- 1/2 C -1C fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2-3 tbsp goji berries
- 3-5 pitted jujubes
- any of our whole or powdered superfruits
Step 6: Protein:
- 1 scoop of protein powder of choice
- 2-3 tbsp hemp hearts
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Step 7:
- Any of our superfoods!
