You guys asked for it, so here it is! @jazzminkaita 's Vegan Chocolate Hazelnut Latte Banana Bread!
What You’ll Need:

1 1/4 cup all purpose flour

1/3 cup of our chocolate latte

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda
-
3/4 cup coconut palm sugar

1/4 tsp salt
-
1/4 cup of our roasted hazelnut butter

1/4 cup + 1 tbsp non-dairy milk
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax mixed with 3 tbsp hot water let stand for 10 mins)

3/4 cup mashed ripe banana (approx 2 medium bananas)

1/4 cup chopped of our dark chocolate covered hazelnuts

- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Cook Time: 35-40 minutes
Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350F, line 8x4 loaf pan with parchment paper.

In medium bowl whisk flour, chocolate latte, baking powder, baking soda, coconut palm sugar and salt to combine.

Then in a large bowl mix the hazelnut butter, non dairy milk, vanilla extract, flax egg, & mashed banana together until combined.

Gently stir the dry mixture into the wet mixture and stir to combine, Do not over mix.

Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth top with a spatula.

This is optional: drop small dollops of the hazelnut butter on top then using a toothpick swirl into the batter, sprinkle with the chopped dark chocolate hazelnuts.

Bake for 35 - 40 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool completely and then slice and serve with an extra drizzle of hazelnut butter.
