What You’ll Need:

  • 2 cups quick-cooking oats (not instant)⁠
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut⁠
  • ½ cup cooked sprouted quinoa⁠
  • ½ cup chopped roasted baru seeds⁠
  • ½ cup chopped dried cranberries⁠
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds⁠
  • ⅓ cup whole wheat flour⁠
  • ¼ cup sprouted chia/flax powder⁠
  • 1 tsp cinnamon⁠
  • 1 pinch salt⁠
  • ¾ cup canned pure pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)⁠
  • ½ cup liquid honey (or maple syrup)⁠
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted⁠

            Dairy Free - Gluten Free - Vegan - Refined Sugar Free

              Preparation:

              1. Combine all of your dry ingredients⁠
              2. Whisk together your wet ingredients⁠
              3. Combine wet and dry ingredients and spread evenly into a parchment lined baking dish⁠
              4. Bake for roughly 25 minutes at 350 degrees F⁠
              5. Cool completely before cutting into desired sizes⁠
              6. Enjoy!⁠
