You scream, I scream - we all scream for nice cream!! Whether you're keto or not, this peanut free chocolate "peanut butter" aka baru butter nice cream is for you. Packed with healthy fats, magnesium and antioxidants - this 5 ingredient nice cream will satisfy your sweet tooth and cool you down all summer long.

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 can of full fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen avocado
  • 1/2 cup baru butter
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 2-3 tbsp of yacon syrup (sweeten to your liking!)

        • Prep Time: 5 minutes
        • Chill Time: 30 minutes

          Preparation:

          1. Blend all of the ingredients on high until fully incorporated
          2. This is your opportunity to sweeten your nice cream to your liking. Start with 1 tbsp of our Yacon Syrup and work your way up until your sweet tooth is satisfied
          3. Pour mixture into a parchment lined freezer safe container 
          4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving
