Turmeric Ginger Honey for Cold & Flu


    What You’ll Need:

    • 1/4 cup honey
    • 1/2 tsp Full Spectrum Turmeric
    • 1/2 tsp Full Spectrum Ginger
    • 2 tsp Camu Camu 

              Dairy Free - Refined Sugar Free

              • Prep Time: 5 minutes

                Preparation:

                1. Microwave your honey until runny but not too hot.
                2. Mix in your turmeric, ginger and camu camu until incorporated
                3. Keep in an airtight jar in your pantry or at your desk.
                4. Add it to tea, smoothies and more OR eat it right out of the jar!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
