Chocolate Prebiotic Frosty

Ever wanted to have ice cream for breakfast? You’re not alone. Good thing one of our #OTlifestylers @eatwithraf created this unreal chocolate prebiotic frosty! Packed with healthy fats and fibre, this frosty will keep you full all morning long. Naturally sweetened with half a frozen banana, @eatwithraf made it even sweeter by adding our yacon syrup, also making it a perfect prebiotic drink! Our Yacon syrup is a natural prebiotic that causes NO significant impact on blood sugar levels, allowing you to reap all of the fatty benefits of that steady stream of energy from the frozen coconut. @eatwithraf also added some of our sprouted chia/flax for added fibre and healthy fats and to top it all off, she used some of our probiotic Sorghum Cereal! What you’ll need:

  • ½ a frozen banana
  • ½ C frozen zucchini
  • ½ C frozen coconut
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp sprouted chia/flax
  • ½ C almond milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp yacon syrup
  • A sprinkle of our probiotic sorghum cereal for topping

  1. Blend all of the ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth.

  2. Top with some of our Probiotic Sorghum Cereal.
