Packed with healthy fats and fibre, this frosty will keep you full all morning long. Naturally sweetened with half a frozen banana, @eatwithraf made it even sweeter by adding our yacon syrup, also making it a perfect prebiotic drink! Our Yacon syrup is a natural prebiotic that causes NO significant impact on blood sugar levels, allowing you to reap all of the fatty benefits of that steady stream of energy from the frozen coconut. @eatwithraf also added some of our sprouted chia/flax for added fibre and healthy fats and to top it all off, she used some of our probiotic Sorghum Cereal! What you’ll need:
- ½ a frozen banana
- ½ C frozen zucchini
- ½ C frozen coconut
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp sprouted chia/flax
- ½ C almond milk
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp yacon syrup
- A sprinkle of our probiotic sorghum cereal for topping
Dairy Free - Gluten Free - Vegan - Refined Sugar Free
Total Time: 5 minutes
Blend all of the ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth.
Top with some of our Probiotic Sorghum Cereal.
