Check out this smoothie bowl by @brucesroots which they're essentially calling, dessert for breakfast because a smoothie bowl is essentially just a healthy bowl of ice cream 😂

What You’ll Need:
- 1 frozen banana, chunks easiest
- 3/4-1 cup local organic blueberries
- 1/2 tsp-1 tsp premium matcha
- pinch of true organic cinnamon
- plant mylk, just enough to get her going in your blender
- plant protein powder of choice
- 1-2 tbsp of sprouted chia/flax to top
- 1 tbsp of hemp hearts to top
- shredded coconut to top

1. Add everything save for your toppings to a blender and blend until smooth
