What You’ll Need:
- 3/4 cup Black Sesame Seeds
- 4 cups filtered water
- 1-3 tsp Yacon Syrup
- pinch of pink salt

- Chill Time: 1 hour
Preparation:

Soak 3/4 cup black sesame seeds in warm water for about 30 mins.

Strain and rinse well and then add it to your blender along with 4 cups of water, 2 pinches of pink salt, a tsp or two of yacon syrup - depending on how sweet you like it and a splash of vanilla extract.

Blend on high for a minute or two and then strain into a large jug. Can be kept in the fridge for up to 5 days.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
