Banana Flax Bread

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 2 large over ripe bananas, mashed + 1 banana halved for topping⁠
  • 2 eggs, or try subbing with a couple DIY sprouted chia/flax eggs!⁠
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup ⁠
  • 1/3 cup of our flaxseed cooking oil⁠
  • 1/4 cup oat milk⁠
  • 1 3/4 cup oat flour⁠
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats ⁠
  • 2 tsp baking powder ⁠
  • 1 tsp cinnamon ⁠
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric ⁠
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract ⁠
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • chocolate for topping (optional)⁠


            Dairy Free - Gluten Free - Refined Sugar Free 

            • Prep Time: 10 minutes
            • Bake Time: 1 hour

              Preparation:

              1. Preheat your oven to 325
              2. Combined all of your dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another
              3. Mix together your wet ingredients with your dry until combined
              4. Top with halved banana and chocolate if using
              5. Bake for 1 hour
