What You’ll Need:

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats⁠
  • 2 tbsp of our chia seeds⁠
  • 3/4 cup cashew milk⁠
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon⁠
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla⁠
  • 1/2 of an apple, diced⁠


            Dairy Free - Gluten Free - Refined Sugar Free 

            • Prep Time: 10 minutes

              Preparation:

              1. Mix it all up in an airtight jar and toss it in the fridge overnight! Wake up and top your apple pie oats with some yogurt and granola!⁠
