Do I need an account with Organic Traditions
Yes! To join, you’ll need to create an account if you don’t already have one. You must be logged in to access member-only products and benefits.
How does the 5% cashback work?
For every dollar you spend using the email linked to your membership, 5% is credited to your member portal balance. You can log in anytime to view and redeem your balance. Once redeemed, your balance will be converted into an Organic Traditions discount code. The 5% cashback applies to all purchases, including non-member items.
Is the membership fee a recurring charge?
Yes. Membership costs $49 per year and auto-renews annually. There are no termination fees or hidden charges.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel anytime from your member portal. Your benefits and access will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. After that, your membership will not renew. Please note that membership fees are non-refundable.
How do I become a member?
Simply add the membership to your cart from this page and proceed to checkout. You’ll then be prompted to either create an account or sign in to your existing Organic Traditions account.
Why aren’t my benefits working?

Can I use my 5% cashback rewards on my recurring subscription?
No, cashback rewards can only be applied to one-time purchases or new subscription sign-ups.
