Organic Traditions Cold Plunge Giveaway 

THE FOLLOWING CONTEST IS VALID ONLY IN CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INCLUDING RESIDENTS OF QUEBEC. TO ENTER AND BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN, A PERSON MUST, AT THE TIME OF ENTRY, BE EIGHTEEN YEARS OR OLDER, A LEGAL RESIDENT OF CANADA OR THE UNITED STATES, AND POSSESS A VALID MAILING ADDRESS. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. 

THIS CONTEST WILL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO APPLICABLE CANADIAN LAW. THE ACT OF ENTERING THE CONTEST CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CONTEST RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF THE SPONSOR, WHICH SHALL BE FINAL AND BINDING UPON ALL ENTRANTS. 

Contest Period 

The contest opens at 9:00:00 AM EST on January 1st and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on March 31st, 2025 (the “Contest Period”). 

How to Enter and Be Eligible for the Grand Prize 

To enter the Contest, during the Contest Period, entrants must visit Organic Traditions' landing page (Contest Entry Landing Page link to be provided at a future date. QR code and links to the landing page will display on all consumer assets), read and accept these contest rules, and follow the instructions to complete and submit a “Contest Entry Form” with all required information (a valid email address is required). Each entrant may use only one (1) email address to enter the Contest. Entrants must be twenty-one (21) years or older at the time of entry. 

These above rules are collectively referred to as the “Official Rules.” 

Entries submitted in accordance with these Official Rules shall be referred to hereafter as the “Eligible Entries.” Entries must be received on or before the end of the Contest Period. Normal time, toll, connection, and usage rates, if any, charged by your Internet Service Provider may apply. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void. By submitting your email address, you consent to receive emails from Organic Traditions and Coldture and agree that your registration and any other information collected in connection with the Contest may be used by the Sponsor in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policies, which will be linked on the Contest Entry Landing Page. Employees of Organic Traditions, Coldture, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to enter. 

Prize 

There is one (1) grand prize (the “Prize”) available to be won with a retail value of approximately $6,300 CAD. 

The Prize consists of: 

  • A Coldture Classic Cold Plunge & Chiller (approx. $5,800 value)
  • One year’s supply of Organic Traditions superfoods (approx. $500 value) 

Important Notes: 

  • The year's supply of superfoods is defined as a total of 24 units of product. It will be shipped in one (1) single shipment. The order must be submitted by April 25, 2025. Shipping costs for this shipment will be covered by Organic Traditions. If a product is out of stock, it will not be shipped separately, and no substitutions are allowed.
  • The prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred or exchanged. No substitutions are allowed except by the Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
  • The winner is responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other charges that may be applicable. 

Prize Claim and Fulfillment 

The potential winner will be notified by email within forty-eight (48) hours of the selection and will have forty-eight (48) hours to claim their prize by responding to the email to arrange the confirmation process. If the winner does not claim the Prize within this time frame, another Eligible Entry may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion, and the initial winner will forfeit all rights to the Prize. 

The Prize will be delivered to the confirmed winner within 10 business days of confirmation. 

Release 

Prior to receiving the Prize, the potential winner will be required to show a valid photo ID and sign a declaration of eligibility and release form, releasing the Sponsor and their affiliates from any liability in connection with the Contest and/or the Prize, and consenting to the use of their name and photograph for promotional purposes without further compensation. If the release form is not received within 24 hours of notification, the Prize may be forfeited and awarded to another entrant. 

Eligibility 

The Contest is open to residents of Canada and the United States, including Quebec. Employees of Organic Traditions, Coldture, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to enter. 

General Conditions 

By entering this Contest, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules. The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. 

The Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues that may prevent the entry process or notifications, including but not limited to network failures or computer system malfunctions. 

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates the Official Rules. 

This Contest is governed by the laws of Canada, and all issues related to the Contest will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario. 

Privacy 

By entering the Contest, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by the Sponsor for Contest administration purposes. Sponsor may share entrants’ information with third parties to facilitate prize fulfillment. 

Banning 

The Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, prohibit any person from entering the Contest if it believes they are violating the Official Rules.
